CASL Weather Hotline

Please make sure you check the CASL Hotline on every practice and game day: 919-248-9516.

Today’s weather is calling for some wetness and CASL may cancel practices on grass field if they too wet.  Be sure to call before you leave for the fields. 

Best bet is to save the number under your contacts!

Team Snack Schedule & Tips

Snacks should be easy to serve fruit, individually packaged items and/or treats that minimize the transfer of illnesses. Simple carbs and sugars are best for halftime and breaks. More substantive foods should wait until after the game ~ lessons I've learned from coaching & playing.

Drinks should be water, sports drink and/or juices. Be sure to have them hydrate well before games to avoid cramping or other dehydration issues. Milk is excellent for rehydration, but after the game. Carbonated drinks are best after games, but really don't offer much for rehydration.
